Directions

Apply the pad to the center of your underwear, with the adhesive strip facing out. Remove the release paper and press the pad firmly in place. Change the pad every 4-6 hours or as needed. Remove the used pad by grasping the wings and folding it into a plastic bag for disposal. Always wash your hands before and after handling.
